Learn how to make cheese at home. It’s so easy!!!
Presented by Charlene Angus from Cheeselinks
Participants will make traditional fetta cheese, gourmet fetta and Greek-style yoghurt. Demonstration of making of ricotta cheese. Includes light lunch, notes, recipes and materials.
